Return and Exchange Policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS FLOW

At Elite Treasure Hub, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We've created this return and exchange process to make your experience as effortless as possible!

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.  

All online order returns, refunds and exchanges requests must be made through our returns process through our customer service team via at store@elitetreasurehub.com

Please note, any health/wellness items cannot be returned or exchanged.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. We will provide you with return instructions as soon as we receive your request and as soon as we receive the item you returned, we will process your refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee.

All returns must be in its original packaging and condition and also be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

For defective items, send photos of the damaged product to store@elitetresurehub.com along with your request to start the refund or replacement process.  All requests must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.  All defective products are refunded in full or replaced free of charge.

Elite Treasure Hub has the right to refuse returns that passed the 30 days allowed time after delivery.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM

  • To begin the returns or exchange process, please send an email to our customer service support team at store@elitetreasurehub.com with your Name, Order Number, reason for return/refund/exchange/replacement, and photo of the defective product/incorrect item if any.
  • As soon as we receive the request, our customer service team will review the order and will provide feedback within the next 24-48 hours.
  • If the order qualifies as approved for return/refund/replacement, our team will provide return instructions and return shipping address.
  • Securely package your return and ship it back to the return address provided.  Do NOT send returns to the original address from which you received the package.
  • You will be notified when your return has been received at our warehouse. Once received, we can do one of the following options:
    • We can issue a refund to your original form of payment.  Note it may take 3-14 business days to appear on your card depending on your financial institution.
    • We can send a replacement of the order

If your tracking number states your order was delivered, but you claim you did not receive it, we have to rely on the tracking number. We would require you to provide a claim id from the local post office and validate it, as soon as the review is complete, we will be sending a replacement.

We charge a 30% restocking fee for all non-defective items.
